We can assist you in your vision for developing your unique ideas and dreams. We can also guide you through financing and contract negotiations to get started on your project.
New Construction Specialists
Whether you have a single family rehab project, new home construction, or a desire to develop and build a commercial building, let us help you navigate through the process. Our assistance will not only save you money, our experience will also allow you to avoid the mistakes and hassles that come with a lack of experience in this complicated field.
- Pre-Construction Consultation: $100/hour, 20 hour minimum.
- Construction Management: 5% of construction costs with a guaranteed saving that will at least exceed our fee.
- General Contracting: Have access to our comprehensive list of sub-contractors that can handle all size projects for a 7% fee.
- Design build 10% of project cost
Depending on the level of service that fits you our goal remains the same which is to assist you in successfully completing your project with: 1. Quality construction 2. Efficiently on time 3. At or below budget
Land Improvement Specialists
If you have land and want it to be better, we are your one stop. We are a conservationist at heart so it has always been a guideline for us to plant two trees for every one tree we remove during development projects. Our services extend from land clearing/brush hog service, to tree planting.
